• Limited Quantity : Kindly order early to avoid disappointment as each Wagashi is fully handcrafted over long hours in limited quantities and cannot be restocked once sold out. 
• Delivery Arrival Time : Deliveries are made within the 2-hour time frame selected (e.g. 11am - 1pm), please note that specific arrival time (e.g. 12pm sharp) cannot be guaranteed. If you need your order at an exact time, you may opt for self pick up and arrange your own delivery service to pick up from Centrepoint, Bandar Utama.
