Cut-Off Ordering Time

Same-day delivery - 11am-1pm / 1pm-3pm (order by 5pm a day before) - 3pm-5pm / 5pm-7pm (order by 12pm same day) Pre-order items (order by 5pm a day before)

Delivery Arrival Time

Deliveries are made within 2 hours time frame selected (e.g. 11am-1pm), specific arrival times (e.g. 12pm sharp) cannot be guaranteed. If you need your order at an exact time, you may opt for self pick up and arrange your own delivery service to pick up please

Delivery Need-To-Know

Doorstep delivery is not available for high-rise premises such as apartments, corporate offices, malls and hotels, as our deliveries are sent using car delivery. Kindly meet the driver at the lobby or ground floor for collection please
